Looking for something refreshing, delicious and local to cool you down as the days heat up? Try this quick and simple iced tea from Melissa Clark!

All you need are some mint and basil leaves!

Boil some water and pour over the leaves. Let them steep until the water is cool, then strain and pour over ice!

The best part is you can grow your own mint and basil! It’s really that simple.

*Add syrup or honey to sweeten things up a bit.
