Vegggetarian Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is the breaking point for many transitioning vegetarians. Turkey, bacon, gravy, et cetera become the source of all the pain and struggle. No one understands why you won’t eat the turkey… or anything else mixed with turkey bits or broth.

BUT HEY.

There are a lot of ways to make your Thanksgiving favorites without any meat or flavor sacrifice.

Obviously, butter peas, cranberry sauce, biscuits and pie are all vegetarian and fairly universal, so no worries there.

But stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, green bean casserole, and sweet potato casserole are great additions to make your Thanksgiving as spectacular as any omnivore’s. These recipes are MY personal favorites 😉
